I do not know anyone out there is searching for answers but I have the definitive solution. It could be your refillable carts cause the leaking over the purge pad if you are indeed refilling. Oh you forgot to mention a very important thing.Īre you using OEM carts of refillable. These are things they never tell you HAVE to do about every two months to prevent the very problems you are experiencing!!! R2000 maintenance: Same applies for the R3000 Look at my video and the one Petruska gave you a link for. You've never performed a monthly cleaning of the wiper blade. You've never performed a monthly cleaning of the purge pad. You have accumulated a lot of ink under the print head. Any ideas or suggestions on how to correct the problem? Anyone else have this experience? Their only suggestion is to take it to the "nearest" Epson service center, which is more than 100 miles away. I've tried changing cartridges, cleaning heads and nozzles. I am unable to make prints with my r3000 printer, as it spits out large wet blobs of black ink across the print.
